1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, services, or products of Card Maniacs LLC, its partners, and affiliates, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

2. Age Restrictions

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase products or services from Card Maniacs LLC.

  • Minors may participate in events or fundraisers only with parental or legal guardian consent.


3. Products & Services

Card Maniacs LLC offers sports cards, trading card games, grading services, fundraisers, and events. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

4. Payment & Orders

  • All payments must be made at the time of purchase.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.

  • Card Maniacs LLC, its partners, and affiliates reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at their discretion.

5. Shipping & Lost Item Policy

  • Orders are shipped via third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Card Maniacs LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for misdelivered items due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is lost in transit, customers must file a claim with the carrier.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Returns or exchanges may be accepted for defective or incorrectly shipped items within 7 days of receipt.

  • Pre-grading and grading services are non-refundable once initiated.

7. Fundraising Program Terms

Organizations participating in the Card Maniacs Fundraising Program must:

  • Agree to the designated payout structure.

  • Follow branding and promotional guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable fundraising laws and regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, logos, and designs, on Card Maniacs LLC’s website and marketing materials is the property of Card Maniacs LLC and its partners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • All products and services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

  • Card Maniacs LLC, its partners, and affiliates make no guarantees regarding card values, PSA/BGS/CGC grading results, or investment potential.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card Maniacs LLC, its partners, and affiliates are not responsible for any:

  • Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of profits or collectible value depreciation.

  • Delays or disruptions caused by third-party services.

11. Arbitration Agreement

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in New Jersey. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
