Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on your selected method, the weight of your order, and your location. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders and will be clearly stated if applicable.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Card Maniacs LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. However, we’re happy to assist in filing claims or resolving any issues. Please contact us at info@cardmaniacs.com within 7 days of delivery if your order is missing or damaged.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
