WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

By purchasing, participating in, or using any products or services provided by Card Maniacs LLC ("Company"), I acknowledge and understand that:

• Buying, selling, trading, and handling sports cards and trading card game (TCG) products involve inherent risks, including but not limited to damage, misgrading, fluctuations in value, and loss.
  
  

• Participation in events, promotions, fundraisers, or services offered by Card Maniacs LLC, its partners, and affiliates may involve risks such as financial loss, shipping issues, or third-party services outside the Company’s control.
  
  

2. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in Card Maniacs LLC, its partners’, and affiliates’ services, including but not limited to:

• Purchasing, trading, or handling collectible cards.
  
  

• Using grading, pre-grading, or appraisal services.
  
  

• Participating in store events, online fundraisers, or promotions.
  
  

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Card Maniacs LLC, its owners, employees, agents, partners, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or dissatisfaction with products or services.

3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Card Maniacs LLC, its partners, or affiliates be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, collectible value depreciation, or third-party disputes.

4. Arbitration Agreement

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Waiver & Release shall be exclusively resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

5. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from or participating in any Card Maniacs LLC event or service, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Waiver & Release.
